Spaghetti Squash

The couch seemed like a comfy place to camp out after going to the grocery store this morning.
Recipe #9 of 2013: I tried spaghetti squash for the first time a few weeks ago when Julie made it.  Top it off with some marinara sauce and it's just as good as pasta, but healthier!  Slice the spaghetti squash in half with a butter knife, top it off with salt/pepper/olive oil/garlic powder, and then put it in the oven at 400 degrees for about 50 minutes.  One squash will probably last me the whole week :)

Oh love spaghetti squash, especially with sauce and mozzarella cheese on it. YUM. Those things are hard to cut through though. Hardest part about the squash!!
