DIY Invitations

I think that conference season is rolling around at the office. One of the committees had their in-person meeting today, and whatever food the people didn't eat, it was put in the office kitchen. Hooray, food! This morning, I had some of the eggs and then at lunch, I had some lasagna (veggie and meat) and some garlic bread. Yummm.

I got an email last week from a lady who saw my origami dress invitations on Flickr and encouraged me to submit an article about the invitations for a chance to win a gift certificate prize. Whoo hoo, okay! I dug out some inkjet postcards and got to work. Here is the finished product. Kinda clean and simple, huh? I didn't want it to be too bulky because in real life, it'd have to go through the mail.
