For today's card, I wanted to use brown ink on kraft cardstock and incorporate strips of paper. What a great way to use up scraps, right? My sister challenged me to not do any faux stitching on my cards for a while, but as you can see, that didn't last very long. I guess it's become part of my card making style and a habit.

The higher ups at work gave some of the staff that worked the Annual Meeting 2 comp days to be used before July 11. I'm planning to take one of those days tomorrow. Plans include going to spin class, maybe doing some crafty shopping, and definitely seeing Green Lantern. Hello, Ryan Reynolds. :D
