Food: I made chicken marsala tonight, and it was very yummy. I decided to use chicken tenders and instead of chicken breasts to cut down on the portion sizes. I also used portabella mushrooms instead of white mushrooms because that's what was on sale at the grocery store last week.Card: I decided to do the One-Layer Wednesday #74: Red and Pink challenge tonight. I think the theme this week is a) creating my own background by using one stamp and b) use the same Me & My Big Ideas stamp set that I bought not too long ago.
