Happy Birthday, Hugo!

I went over to my cousin's house for dinner last night to celebrate his birthday. His parents, who are visiting from Taiwan cooked a big dinner for us that included salad, noodles, pork, salmon, chicken, etc. For my contribution, I made some chocolate cupcakes (Recipe #10 of 2012) with cream cheese frosting. The recipe yielded 16 yummy cupcakes for me, enough for my family and some leftovers to share at the office.
