Now for today's card. I dug through my scrapbook paper stash and picked out this Asian-inspired paper that I bought a while ago. It was one of those impulse buys. I thought it was really pretty and unique because of its texture and sheen on top. I told myself that I'd find a use for it...and to my credit, I did. It was just months afterwards. Heh. To add some interest to the card, I folded the white cardstock base so that the fold was on the left, but the card was still in a landscape orientation. I also used the angle guidelines on my paper trimmer to cut the angles just right on the red paper.
Card Specs:
Ink: Colorbox chalk ink in Chestnut Roan and Warm Red
Stamp: Studio G (heart). I don't remember where the letter stamps came from.
Punches: Fiskars Twist & Flip 2-in-1 corner punch
Foam adhesive: Making Memories
Paper: g.c.d. studios- "Peekaboo"
Song of the day: "Haven't Met You Yet"- Michael Bublé.

Hey. Sorry again to hear about the filling. :(
I love the tie/shirt embellishments. They are really cool. I think they would be great for Fathers Day and also Groomsmen Cards. I wonder if you will be the first to kick off this new wedding trend?
