Bench Press at CrossFit

6:30 AM CrossFit, check! I actually left the house a little earlier than usual because it’s Coach Arielle’s birthday today, and I wanted to allow enough time to stop at Dunkin’ Donuts for some donut holes to give to her. Coach Maddie had cookies to give to her, and Arielle’s face just lit up with joy when she walked in. And one of the older members, one of Maddie's private clients, came in with coffee with chocolate and some flowers. So cute!

Bench press day…3 x 5 at 60 lbs
WOD:
200 single unders
75 kettlebell swings (26 lbs)
50 1 arm overhead DB lunge (15 lbs)
25 pull-ups (with green and black bands)
Time: 10:02
