Sumo Deadlifts and Sushi

6:30 AM CrossFit, check! It’s a new lifting cycle, and today we worked on our sumo deadlift. My 1 RM a few months ago was 175 lbs so I hope to exceed that in a few weeks. 3 x 5 at 125 lbs.

WOD: 9:00 AMRAP
10 burpee box jumps (20 inch)
30 wall balls (8 lbs)
I got through 2 complete rounds and then did 7 wall balls at the end. Whew! Ok, now for the last week in the office before heading out for work travel.

Me, after work: I am NOT moving from this cozy bed. This morning’s workout was tough.

“Tina, there’s sushi at the house if you want some.”
